If you don't see any information on the tracker, it's usually because either the return hasn't been accepted yet, or that you've claimed either the earned income tax credit or the child tax credit. Those who claim one or more of those credits will not see any information on the tracker until at least February 17th.
Also, the IRS does not necessarily process returns in the order they were received. So it's quite possible for someone who filed their return weeks after yours to receive their refund first.
