DO anyone know why I don’t have a date but people that filed way after me does

If you don't see any information on the tracker, it's usually because either the return hasn't been accepted yet, or that you've claimed either the earned income tax credit or the child tax credit. Those who claim one or more of those credits will not see any information on the tracker until at least February 17th.

Also, the IRS does not necessarily process returns in the order they were received. So it's quite possible for someone who filed their return weeks after yours to receive their refund first.

Ok what if these people that have dates also claimed the same things I did I’m just trying to understand because both people I know have more than one child unlike me

Very hard to say. If it's been more than 21 days since your return was accepted, you can contact the IRS by phone and ask them to check the status, but they will not even speak to you unless it's been at least 21 days.
