Divorced in 2024, TT account is in ex's name with MY EMAIL as the login. Is there a way for me to retain this account but get him off it?

Sorry no.  You need to set up a new account for yourself and not transfer from last year.

No, you need to set up a new account with just your information in it.  It will be very confusing trying to separate your tax information. Please  go into the old account and make sure you download a copy of your prior-year's tax returns.
