Disclosure Consent form

I clicked the "Agree" button on the Disclosure Consent form because I thought it was to move form but I don't want to disclose or share any of my tax info. The Turbo Tax website would not let me go back and change it. How do I go back and change it?

You are not able to repopulate the consent once you have answered it.
