So here's my problem. Last year I used turbo tax and credit karma money. This year, my CK money info has changed and I have a new CK money acct number. So when I go to apply for the Refund advance loan, I get approved but it doesn't show me the account info the federal refund will be deposited in to. On the next screen for my state refund, It asks where to deposit the funds and I pick "deposit to the same account as refund advance." When the next screen comes up, it shows the DD info for the state refund, which has the incorrect acct number which was the account number for last year. I can find no way to correct this at all. Ive tried unlinking my TT acct and my CK account but now that they are unlinked, I can't relink them because TT doesn't ask me again to log into my CK account. Anyone have this problem or know of a fix?

If you have not yet Efiled, you can change your Direct Deposit info. Here's a link with detailed instructions on Updating Your Bank Account Info.
Or, you can contact Credit Karma Support.
Unfortunately, that link doesn't help me. The issue is with Turbotax. It doesn't give the option to ensure your DD info is correct after selecting refund advance. As you can see from the screenshots below, I go through the steps and by the end when it asks to deposit my state refund into the same account as my refund advance, I notice it has the wrong account number. its pulling my account number from last year and there's no way to update or change it
You can unlink your TurboTax account in your Credit Karma account and then relink the correct account. To do this, you will need to access your Credit Karma Account. Follow these steps to unlink your TurboTax account:
Keep in mind once an account is unlinked it cannot be linked back to your account. Once you have unlinked the invalid account, you can link the correct account to your TurboTax account. See the link below for more information:
