This doesn't make sense. "didn't work in 2017 but did" So did you work or not in 2017?
Your 2017 AGI is on line 37 of your 2017 form 1040. Since that year was a joint return, the AGI will be the same for both of you.

If you filed jointly with your husband, you should use the AGI from your Joint Return.

If you did not file last year, you should put zero for your AGI.

I'm not sure if I am interpreting your question wrong, but if your current husband filed jointly with someone else last year, he will use the AGI from that return.

If there is anything I can clarify for you, please comment below.

Husband filled joint in 2017 but I didn't work.  Now I am filing in 2018 separate, so what is my aig?

If you filed jointly with your husband in 2017, you should use the AGI from that return.

Even though I didn't make any income in 2017?

Since you filed a joint return in 2017, there is no "I" or "him". Only "we". So for 2017 "we" had the same AGI on our 2017 "joint" return.
