Did TurboTax take fees from anyone’s refund even though you paid by credit card

Once you've paid TurboTax and filed, there usually isn't any additional charge.

Have you gotten any compensation from the IRS or state that an adjustment was made on your taxes?

Hi, 

no adjustment to my taxes or taxable amount. I called into the number and they’re issuing a refund check. I paid for the services on my credit card and they mistakenly took the amount from my refund as well.
