I filed an amended return for my taxes through deluxe it didn’t do it so I got a refund for deluxe but the customer service lady said that she was able to change my stuff in a way to where I didn’t actually have to amend it that way and said to check irs website for update but it’s not showing anything, she changed the info but that’s not the correct amount o got on my return and I have screenshots of everything from before she did it showing that’s not originally it, I didn’t receive that or any info on if she amended it or if she **bleep**ed me and lied the whole time

If a TurboTax representative helped you to make changes within the program you will still need to file the return, or if it is an amendment print it and file. It is not clear from your question if your return has been transmitted to the IRS yet or not.
TurboTax representatives do not have the ability to change your tax return or submit any items on your behalf, with the exception of customers working with our full-service product team. If you are filing with full-service you would have been assigned a specific contact at TurboTax and should reach out to that individual.
Otherwise, it sounds like there is still a step missing though I can't see your data so I can't determine if that is to transmit the return electronically, or to print the return and mail it in for processing if it is amended.
When you log in to TurboTax does the status of your return show Accepted?
