Did turbo tax take the money they charged off before they showed me my return amount or will they take it off after it is submitted

You do not get charged for TurboTax until you file.  Your refund amount does not show any TurboTax fees, even when you pay TurboTax or have the fees deducted from your refund, your refund monitor will still show your whole refund amount.
