Did not file last year so why do I need a PIN number from last year I’m single never been married

 I have not filed taxes in many years I haven’t worked so my live-in boyfriend I live with followed me for the last eight years or more why do I need a pin number when I did not file last year this is why my texts are being rejected and I even put down on TurboTax did not file last year

You can enter any 5 digit Pin you want on the 2021 tax return.  For the 2020 AGI enter a 0 (zero) since you did not file a 2020 tax return.

You should be able to just enter 0 for the AGI since you didn't file last year.

I did that I put zero how do I go back and restart my TurboTax filing all over again
