Did I pay for tax software or is this your way of joking by sending me a disk with a holloween movie on it?

The disk is label TurboTax Advantage Premier but what comes up is a Holloween movie DVD

Are you actually a Turbotax Advantage Subscriber?  In that case, you can also download the program from your Turbotax account.  Log in, go to account tools, then choose "purchases" and "downloads and unlocks."

You would have to call customer support on Tuesday to get a replacement CD.

Turbotax should be sent on a CD, not a DVD.  If this is legit, and not a prank being played on you by someone else, then I would have to guess that the contractor who was hired to make the CDs had a mistake in their production line.

If you are not an Advantage subscriber, then this may be a prank by someone else.

Yes, I am a Turbotax Advantage Subscriber and have been for a long time.  However that will now change.
