Did anyone get an incorrect amount for taxes due on their federal return with TurboTax?

What happened?   Remember---this is "do-it-yourself" tax software, and the results are based on the information entered by the user.    Did the IRS or state change your refund? or tax due amount?   Did they send you a letter?

I received a letter from the IRS and a check for $900+. This was based on the information on my 1040. The gross income and taxable income used by the IRS was the same.
