Detroit tax refund for married

My wife and I all worked in Detroit in 2016 as non-residents, so we want to file for the Detroit tax refund. But we are not sure whether we both have to file separately or I alone just need to file it.

You have the option of filing your Detroit return together - 

1. Sign in - continue your/take me to my return
2. Go to State Taxes - Your state returns. Continue/revisit/start Michigan
   
3. When asked 'which cities did you live or work in?' check I need a Detroit City return
   
4. Continue until you arrive at Your Detroit Return. Select we file as a Detroit Nonresident
5. Confirm your/your spouse's wages are properly allocated.
