"Depreciation and Amortization will be available by February, but likely sooner"

Hi

I have been waiting patiently for this update to file my tax return. Please provide a firm, RELIABLE update on when form 4562 for Schedule E (rental property) will be available.  IRS website shows the updated 4562 released on Jan 26 (nearly 20 days ago!).  I had called TT customer service on Thursday (Feb 12) and was told it will be active by Feb 13th which turned out to be untrue. 

Look forward to a firm date please.

The work on that section of TurboTax (Rental and depreciation of rentals) is still in process. The updates are now scheduled to be released with next week's updates, which usually come through Thursday night. 

Use this link Sign up for email notification which will let you know when the depreciation/amortization will be ready to file for Schedule E. This will be the most efficient notification.

Thanks for at least replying. However, TT can no longer be relied on to be trusted. You are costing me money, that with each passing day makes me more and more upset that I even chose TT to begin with. Now saying, we'll possibly see the updated form in this week's TT updates, is unreliable at best, or maybe even a bold face lie just to keep customers hanging on. Terrible customer service.
