Depreciation and Amortization is now showing that it's available under my rental property but all my previous depreciable assets that I started putting in 7 years ago do not show up. TT online is asking if I want to add assets (as new items) but does not seem to have the history of them from previous years. Anyone else seeing this? I'm using the "do it yourself" version on TT online, as I have done for a decade. These have always populated.

It's possible this is browser related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser and log into TurboTax again. Or try a different browser.
You might also check to see if you have the Depreciation Report in your current year return. If you haven't paid yet, you can still check your list of forms to see if the report has been generated. The list of forms is found under Tax Tools in the left column. Choose Tools then Delete a Form. Scroll through the list and look for "Depr Report." Do not delete any forms. If the report is there, that supports the issue being browser related.
Your other option is to clear your current year return and start over. Before doing that, confirm that your 2024 tax return does show a Depreciation and Amortization Report. See How do I view, download, or print a prior-year tax return? for instructions on viewing your return.

I have tried these things and none of it brings back the history of my rental. Could it be the version of online turbotax? It is do it yourself premium.
Clearing browser data
Clearing browser data then clearing my return and starting over
Clearing browser data then clearing my return, saved last years return as a .tax file, loading it from the file
Installing a completely different browser, clearing my return, and starting over
Please clarify if all other information from the prior tax year is correct. Nothing else is missing? Did you need to re-enter information that should have been on the return automatically?
Everything carried forward from last year except the rental property information. It didn't seem to remember that at all. I ended up biting the bullet and redoing all of it, including figuring out the past 7 years of depreciations for the various assets. Now I'm just waiting for the home energy credits/QMID issues to be fixed for my primary residence so I can finish.
