Can my dependent, 19, under 24 college student with $9000 in taxable scholarships for me to report on my 1040 waive on having to file a tax return? She did not work at all in 2023.
I am not sure what the limit is for full time college students to file even it they did have a taxable scholarship for me to report. If she had to file the return would just for for the $9000 scholarship as taxable, right???
