Delete user account - hacked account

My tax data was hacked into by a user ID and password that I did not set up. I have their user ID email log in and want it deleted from my account all together. The user log in is: "[email address removed]".

My return from 2 years ago is still not settled with the IRS. Please let me know how to delete this log in from my account.

My Turbo Tax account indicates that both of my returns were ACCEPTED on 2/9/25. I have received a letter from the State of Alabama, however, that states otherwise
