Delete and restart from CD purchase

I have the CD version of Turbo tax. I need to delete and restart (I've already paid for an extra state). I know on the "online version" you can go to my account and just "delete and restart" however cannot seem to find that option on the CD version. I don't want to delete the entire program, because I've paid for the extra state already.

The option to clear and start over is only available to use for TurboTax online users.

That doesn't make sense as I'm having same problem.  I have cd version do I just have to refile in some online version now.  Will it pull in my federal still from the CD? What is the number to reach you guys as when I bought this it said I can talk to someone 24/7 with the premier software I purchased.  Thank you
