Deductions Statement: Educator Smart Wks Ln B-SP should not have a value based on your filing status..I am unable to move past this part on my VA tax return. Any Ideas?

I was a part-time VA resident and moved back to IL in July 2022. This section suggest I enter in 0 and after selecting 0 I am unable to proceed any Further
