In Nov I was charged for my automatic renewal for the download version of Turbo Tax. I decided to work my taxes on line. How can I get a refund for the version I did not use?

You will need to contact a TurboTax Representative using the FAQ below. In the meantime, you may also want to update your TurboTax Advantage Subscription if you plan on using TurboTax Online next year: TurboTax Advantage
