deceased wife

My wife passed away in 2020

her death of death is properly recorded

on turbo tax I am coming up as date of death needed for me.

I answered the question under my name that I am not deceased, but 

turbo tax still asks for MY date of death  on my info page

system has an issue how do i handle it

Try this.  Delete all your personal information and your spouse's information.  Then re-enter your information first.  Select "Widowed" for the filing status.  Then add your spouse's information. 

You are considered married for the entire year in the year of death so "Married Filing Jointly" should be presented as your filing status.
