I am trying to claim my daughter and she has lived with me more then half the year and goes to school her and my ex husband has already claimed her

You will need to print and mail your return as it will continue to be rejected due to duplicate SSN. The IRS will then use the Tie Breaker Rules to determine who gets to claim your daughter. The IRS will then contact you both to prove who she lived with. Be sure to respond immediately to the letter from them. Attached is a link with information on what you can used as proof that she lived with you.
