Cumulative Passive Losses in Final k1

Hello @Mike9241 and other. Thank you for answering my question. Could you please provide your input here as well?

I got a Final K1 and in the supplemental information below 20s boxes there is information as

Code:  99o47 

Cumulative Passive Losses= Lets say =  $11364  (by the way this is in amended K1 as first K1 has much lower amount)

Q: Do one has to add this information in K1 Interview where you enter information for 20s boxes?

Or this information is to check your total carryover and this year losses to see if they match?

I checked K1 worksheet in Turbotax Forms mode under

Passive Activity Adjustment to income or Loss Worksheet

Net Income or loss allowed = -11108

Do these numbers has to match or just information purpose only?

I don't see From 8582 in my Forms mode and when I enter and open form 8582, it is blank. Why?
