CSA 1099-R - Tax Paid

My spouse just started receiving a CSA pension this year.  TurboTax is asking, "For the years Spouse received these distributions, was the total amount shown in the form the amount you paid tax on?"
There is no help box for this question and I do not see where the question flows in the forms so that I can check IRS instructions.  Can someone shed some light on how to answer this question?

CSA 1099-R - Tax Paid

IF there is a non-zero number in box 2a of the  CSA-1099-R form,,

Pretty sure you just answer yes....a value in box 2a indicates the proper taxable amount has already been figured out for her.
