I am sorry you are having trouble receiving your stimulus payment. All TurboTax does is assist you in filing your tax return. Once it is accepted, the IRS is responsible for processing it and issuing your refund. Because of privacy and security issues, TurboTax cannot discuss your refund situation with the IRS, but you can do that by calling them at 1-800-829-1040. Since you received less than the refund that was listed on your tax return, you should receive a correspondence from the IRS within two weeks of when you received your refund explaining why your refund was adjusted.
Once your return has been Accepted for processing, TT receives no further updates, and cannot contact the IRS on your behalf. You will be getting a letter from the IRS; they do not notify TT.
But one possibility is that you received Stimulus #2 in the form of a debit card, but threw it out, thinking it was junk mail. (There have been report of this happening in the news.). Or, the IRS mailed you a check, so their records indicate you were sent that payment. Or, the IRS changed something (like your income) so that you don't qualify. Per the IRS, the first and second Economic Impact Payments no longer appear in Get My Payment. For information on these payments, view or create your online account and check your mail for IRS Notices 1444 and 1444-B.
Disclaimer: I am a user volunteer, not a TT employee.
