Could not file my State return since the software keeps rejecting my Visa Card security code when attempting to pay the charge by TurboTax.

This should be simple to solved to get to an agent on line if one could find the telephone number. I have used the same card during previous state filings to pay the charge with no problems. Now there seems to be a Bug in the system, all entries were correct except when entering the 3 digit charge Card security code. It does not get accepted.  I still need to file the state tax returns.

After all the frustration trying to enter my 3 digit Charge card security code to get the State return payment accepted I finally determined the following.  The name of the Card Holder was entered as John A. Smith with a period after the middle initial.  When entered as John A Smith without the period after the middle initial the 3 digit security code was then accepted.
