CD for Turbo Tax Deluxe will not install on my windows 10 PC. Can I get a down load instead?

I cannot get the turbo tax deluxe CD (purchased from Costco) to install on my windows 10 PC.   I tried running setup.exe manually but that also does not work.   If I try a software CD from another company (Adobe in this case) as a test, it works fine.    Can I get the software via download?    What can I do?
