Conflict among versions of Turbotax

I have Turbotax Home/Business for 2021 downloaded on my Windows computer.  I also need to do a 1041 return for a trust.  I purchased Turbotax Estates and Trusts, only to learn that it won't install because there is already a version of Turbotax on my computer.  Since there is no online version of TT Estates and Trusts and I don't have another computer, I guess I cannot do the trust return with TT.  Is there a way around this problem?  One would think Intuit would not want to make their products unusable like this.

Seen this before.  Re-boot your computer and then see if you can install the TurboTax Business Edition.

I don't know what you bought. There is no such product as TurboTax Estates and Trusts. To prepare a Form 1041 tax return you need TurboTax Business, which is different from TurboTax Home & Business. You can have TurboTax Business and TurboTax Home & Business installed on the same Windows computer.
