Collecting Sales Tax

Two Questions
1. If a corporation in AZ buys laptops for company use, then depreciates them down the road and sells them to employees, does sales tax need to be collected?
2. If a one person LLC in AZ buys supplies for a customer, then charges them for it, does sales tax need to be collected?

There are some unusual aspects to the sales tax laws in Arizona. It's not even called sales tax. It's called transaction privilege tax. You could start by addressing your questions to the Arizona Department of Revenue.
