You can ask a general question here for program or tax related issues.  Or, you can call our number below.  Please note: Depending on the level of assistance you need, you may need to upgrade your version of Turbo Tax:

Click the drop down above (in the article) for the version you have.  I can't see what version you are using, but if it is Turbo Tax online. the number is (800) 446-8848

I've dialed that number three times. They tell me to go onto turbotax and ask for help and then hang up. Please help me. I've been with turbotax for several years.

We cannot reach out to you as we do not have access to your personal information.  This is a question and answer forum - You can ask your question here for general information, or you can reach out to our number for additional assistance.  If you do reach out via phone, keep in mind that hold times will be long since this is the peak season.
