I withdrew money from my IRA under the cares act after getting Covid in 2020. I plan to pay the taxes over three years, and I paid the first third in 2020. Schwab said they’re not giving me a new 1099 for 2021. How do pay taxes on the 2nd third? I can’t find this answer anywhere. Thank you so much in advance!

Correction- Heading should say 2020
You will include Form 8915-F with your return, but that form won't be ready until 03/24. You can go into TurboTax now and tell TurboTax that you took a disaster withdrawal last year. Then, after the 24th, you will be able to come back, enter the information about your distribution and TurboTax will include the form before you submit your return.
To get to that question in TurboTax, search for 1099-R, and use the Jump to 1099-R link. Answer Y or N to the Did you receive any forms questions. Then hit Continue. Answer YES to the Did you take a disaster distribution any time between 2018 and 2020. You will see a message to revisit this area. Come back after the 24th to complete.
