Claiming Airbnb Charges as a Business Expense - Partnership LLC

We have a partnership LLC (2 members- spouses) and we have been moving around to a couple different states in 2022 and staying in Airbnbs (TN, ID, MT, WY). Since the LLC is being run out of our Airbnbs can we claim what we pay each month to Airbnb as a business expense? Currently, the LLC isn't making money but we are emailing and calling potential clients out of the airbnbs as well as creating content and webpages, etc for the business. 1 member works remotely out of the Airbnb for a different employer, not sure how that factors into anything.

Claiming Airbnb Charges as a Business Expense - Partnership LLC

If your AirBnB rental are for legitimate business purposes, then yes, they are expenses. Be aware, that simply working out of a hotel or an AirBnB does not alone make it a business expense. It is one factor. Another factor would be why did you need to go to that location to work. You will want to have a brief explanation noted on each expense, with the reason and purpose of the hotel or AirBnB expense.

I hope this is helpful to you.
