Changed Jobs and New Employer had me as Single When I was Married

I switched jobs last year and all my paystubs had me marked as Single, when I was Married (filing jointly) throughout the year, so they withheld more taxes than they should have. Can Turbotax automatically detect this and calculate the extra money I should be owed?

Yes of course. Just enter your W-2 exactly as it appears. The calculations are done for the filing status you enter on your Form 1040. If you need to change your withholding at work going forward, change your W-4 with your employer.
