So I have a failed computer. And cd won’t load on the new computer. Tried to download and it won’t let me. Said it was associated with an account. And I was like yep mine. I assume because I used the cd the first time. It won’t let you download? Cd appears to have scratches. Does not look bad.

yes that is what I did. I tried both my accounts. My really old one and the newer one for the last 5 years or so.
on both I get.

Assuming this is for the 2020 TurboTax desktop edition, the CD should have the license code. Or the license code should be displayed on the 2020 download in the download account.
If you cannot get the code to work then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
