Carry Over capital loss from 2024?

I sold stocks in 2024 and loss $3,860. I was only able to claim $3,000 when I did my taxes in 2025 with my CPA. Where do I go in Turbo Tax Premium to claim the carry over of $860. It's not prompting me for it, and I don't know where to enter it. Thanks
