Capital Loss carryover calculation seems incorrect

Had no capital loss carryover for 2019

On Federal Income page, I have the following figures:

2020 Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other = -$3742.00
2020 Contracts and Straddles = -$657.00
2020 Capital Loss Carryover = -$1403.00

If I'm doing the math correctly, shouldn't the capital loss carryover be -$1399? If so, how can this be manually changed?
