I am having problems trying to find where the Capital gain or loss info goes. I went to the search explanations but I still couldn't figure it out.

Capital gain or loss information would be reported under Investment income.

Go to Federal Taxes, Wages and Income, Choose What I Work On if you see it. I

f not, scroll down to Investment Income.

You would have to upgrade to Premier to do this, because Deluxe Online does not include this income.
