Cannot reach website to download the TurboTax Deluxe installation software

Hello,

I have tried and tried and tried to get to the URL to download the software.  I tried on a Windows Surface with Windows 11 and Lenovo with Windows 11.  When I type in InstallTurboTax.com, it spins and spins and spins.  I've tried it many times.  I stopped my VPN, I removed cache and cookies, and I rebooted and nothing works.

I can get to it the URL on my Android phone and it is on the VPN.

Any idea why I can't get to it on Windows 11? 

I've used TurboTax for many years and this is the first time that I can't get a download on my computer.  I prefer not to have to go to another software package.

You can also purchase the desktop download from various retailers such as Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Sam’s Club, etc. etc. etc.

When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return.  You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return.

I did buy TurboTax from Costco and was trying to install it on my Windows Surface.  The link spins and spins and spins.  I tried to reach the URL on our Lenovo laptop and it does the same thing.  I only tried the link on my phone to see if the link can be reached there.  I could on my phone, but had no intention of downloading it there.

I've used TurboTax for years.  This experience is frustrating.  I think I may have to find another way to get my taxes done and abandon TurboTax.

That is the URL that won't work.  It spins and spins and spins.  I called support and she can't help me any further unless I share my screen with her.  I'm willing to share an image, but not access to my computer. So, I may find another tax software to use.

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

• Clearing your Cache and Cookies
• Using a different browser
• Opening an Incognito Window
