This will be my last year using TURBOTAX. For the 3rd year in a row, the system will not get past the "oops something went wrong" when I try to pay the $25 efile fee. What I end up having to do is ALLOW them to deduct the fee from my federal refund, which cost an ADDITIONAL $45 dollars. I can see no reason after all these years that TT would not have the ability to fix this except, they are purposely doing this to make more money. I have used TT for over 30 years and have only had this happen the last 3.

I have the same issue, tried changing my address, re-installed software, and all other options listed on various forums. Nothing works.
When you go to pay in TurboTax, you're going to a Billing server. Sometimes the connection is not good and you receive an error. Some users have been successful using an incognito window in Chrome, or changing LAN settings to 'Allow' in your browser.
