I tried to log-on to check my credit and the app says that my information does not match what you have on file, so I went into the turbotax website, and everything is the same. I tried variations of my address and I get the same message.
Keep getting err message on log in I have been working on a return and cannot close the program. I have changed passwords and all I get is Hmmn=m we have q slight snag. HELP!!

Are you wanting to prepare another Federal tax return for another person? That person would need their own account.
You cannot use the same account for a second return. If you try to prepare a second return in the same account, it will overwrite your original return and make it unrecoverable.
The second return would need to be prepared in a separate account (separate User ID). You can use the same email address for notification purposes in up to 5 accounts, but each User ID has to be unique.
