It works today, February 11, 2026. It is listed as "Merrill" in the dropdown. I successfully downloaded 1099-R, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, and 1099-B.
TT also improved the access. Now a separate tab opens in the default browser for the user to sign into the Merrill account and grant permission to send the data to TT.
Not available yet. It's also not available in other tax prep packages, such as H&R Block.
I'd say give it another week or two before pursing this omission.
Import is only available from those who partner with TurboTax. This year's list, as of now, seems pretty limited. The list may be updated at later dates, but when that will be is unknown. Check periodically.

Merrill has partnered with Intuit in past years (in fact, ALL past years as far as I can recall) so this year should be no different. Merrill is almost certainly working on their 1099-Bs at this point so it's probably just a matter of time (hopefully).
There are other brokerage firms who partner with Intuit but are not yet listed in TurboTax and, FWIW, Merrill Edge does not appear in the list of H&R Block partners (yet).
I've asked for an investigation.

Same. I also contacted several FAs at Merrill in an effort to discern whether they know of any change from prior years. It's going to take time, though, since they have to pass this inquiry up the chain.
