It looks like a bug in your software that it didn't ask me credit card info so that I can pay $25 fee.
It jumped to the next page and said the efile didn't go thru. And reported an error.It didn't ask me to enter credit card info.
then it did not go thru california state efile
then it displays an error message.

Most of the issues with credit card payment issues are often from billing address mismatches, browser security settings, or bank authorization issues. To resolve this in TurboTax Desktop:

It was a pop-up blocked issue. Turbotax deluxe should have given me more info when it didn't go through linking credit card with your app. Instead, it just told me something went wrong and advised me to try again. Not quite useful info. Plus, your app should have considered situations like mine when popup can be blocked. And use something more universal to deal with all kinds of situations.
