Canadian TurboTax 30% Promotion Unclear

I logged into my account to claim my 30% promo discount. There is no where to claim it. I called the 888 number and that was a joke. Two questions asked by a recording saying they have a special promotion happening, then ask if over 50 press 1 and under 50 press 2.  So I press 1 and it seems to be an AI person and you cannot get them to stop talking until they are done their spiel, which is offering a free heart monitor in the United States. What a crock. When I finally got to say I'm not interested and that I have a question to ask AI takes over again so there is no real person. Can anyone shed any light on this? I would be using turbotax anyway for my mom but when they tell you to log into your account to claim there is no where to claim it.  I have Do It Yourself Premier. I feel like I am being taken down a rabbit hole. Can anyone from this company answer this question??
