Can you use TurboTax monthly to estimate final taxes so that W4 deductions can be tweaked through the year?

I get bonuses that end up being over taxed and my wife does not get taxes taken out of her part-time income.  So I want to make W4 adjustments quarterly to avoid owing or getting a large refund.

@pseidel  you can use the IRS W-4 calculator  at any time in the year ( using  the amounts earned to date and taxes withheld to date )  and thereby adjust W-4 ( if needed ).
