Can you tell me why my refund lowered after I put in my second W2 form?

Because you added more income. Generally the more income you make, the more in taxes you are responsible for. When you added an additional W-2 to the program, Turbo Tax calculated the amount of taxes you are responsible for based on your income and other tax information. Your refund lowered because of the additional taxes the program calculated you are responsible for based on all the data entered.
