can you tell me why both feds and can keep getting rejected ?

You received emails from TurboTax which no one on this forum can see.  The emails have the rejection code and rejection message.  What do they say?

What is "can"? Canada? Exactly what tax returns are getting rejected?

A Canadian tax return is entirely separate from a U.S. federal tax return. They are filed with different TurboTax software. One has no connection with the other, and the reasons for rejection could be completely different.

I can't tell you why your return is being rejected without knowing the reject codes.

To fix a rejected TurboTax return:

 Sign in to your account

1. Select "Fix my return" to identify the error code and reason
2. Correct the data (e.g., SSN, PIN, or AGI)
3. Go to the file section to resubmit.

If the Federal return is rejected, the state return is automatically rejected as well.
