Can you tell me which dependant info is incorrect

ok my rejection is saying that either the social or name is different on the dependents social card I am wondering if that fact that the two boys have two middle names is what is making the difference? please help

The program asks for a middle initial. Pull out the cards and copy them carefully into the program. Check the date of birth also.
