Yes...but if you have any Charity entries at the top of the screen, you can't use that as yoru edit/starting point
......you have to go lower down in the menu to find the import selection(see picture below)

.......but on your first screenshot.......You clicked on the charities up-top.....that was useless for your situation (ridiculous isn't it)
... you needed to expand the page downward to find the menu spot to start your ITsDeductible Import

You were likely stuck on the totally useless, and unhelpful Guided interview...get rid of it !
Find the "SKIP TO SEE ALL TAX BREAKS " now and hit that first to get out of that ridiculous guided interview and see a menu of items that is actually helpful.
