Can you return the money I pay

I do a wrong payment because I didn’t finish to do my taxes and I want my money back for I can start over

if your are talking about taxes rather than TT fees 

if you sent a wrong payment to state or federal, then you'll have to file to get any excess back.  if you already filed,  the refund should come automatically but it could take 6 to 8 weeks.  TT does not get your tax payments.
