Can you please let me know why when I thought I completed my Taxes they are saying I need to upgrade. I only am 19 and had a couple jobs with low income?

I just want to complete my taxes. I thought I already did but when I went in to check they keep telling me I need to upgrade. I don't want to upgrade I am fine with what I am receiving?

What kind of income did you have?  Did you get any 1099Misc?  That is self employment income and you need Deluxe or above or use the Free File website.

There are 2 free versions. In the regular Turbo Tax Free Edition, information that you can enter is limited now.  Why do I have to upgrade from the Free Edition?

OR There is also The Turbo Tax Free File program which is free for federal and state.  And has more forms than the Federal Free Edition, like Schedules A, B, C , D, E, F, EIC, H, K-1, SE,  etc.

To qualify for the Free File website  you just need to meet one of these 3 things
AGI $36,000 or less
Active duty military with AGI of $69,000 or less
OR qualify for EIC (earned income credit.)
