I am still not receiving my code to finalize my taxes can you please help me?

requesting the code be emailed to you, there is more information in the FAQ below that:

Request another verification code (resend verification email).
Leave the window open that asks for the code, closing it will invalidate the code.
Open another tab or window or use a different browser to check your email for the code.
